Lorenzo Agius started his career 20 years ago with his first major assignments being the memorable and iconic film poster of Ewan McGregor with the cast of Trainspotting and the highly acclaimed Vanity Fair cover of Liam Gallagher and Patsy Kensit laying over a Union Jack bedspread, which recently went up for auction at Christie's.

The enormous success of these two shoots catapulted Agius into the worldwide spotlight, and he soon became the photographer of choice for A-list celebrities and international clients. As one of the pre-eminent portrait photographers of his generation, his infectious energy, professionalism, and ability to collaborate, means he is continuously in demand for advertising, film and editorial shoots.

His portraiture has encompassed many leading renowned talents including Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, Margot Robbie, Beyonce, Cate Blanchet, Madonna, Rachel Weisz, Helen Hunt, Samuel L. Jackson, Will Smith, Jared Leto, Kevin Spacey, Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Sharon Stone amongst many others.
Lorenzo has also shoot for a number of iconic film posters including Taken 2 and 3, Elizabeth, The Woman in Black, Mamma Mia, Mrs Henderson, Bridget Jones's Diary, X Men, The Blue Room, The Queen, Kinky Boots, The Spiceworld Movie, Killing Me Softly, Trainspotting and many more.

Lorenzo has a number of photographs in the permanent collection at The National Portrait Gallery and his work was the focus of an exhibition in conjunction with the British Fashion Council to celebrate their 25th anniversary at the National History Museum.
Lorenzo's images were used to open the 63rd Cannes Film Festival and have appeared on the street of Moscow in two open air exhibitions. He is currently working on his first book project.
